- How long should my orthotics last?
Most devices last an average of five years. The cover and padding materials may need refurbishment during that period. (We have had devices recently returned to us for refurbishment that we fabricated in our first year of business, 1983. That's 20 years of comfort with one pair of orthotics!)
- Can I buy a second pair of orthotics directly from SOLO Laboratories?
No. Our customers are the podiatrists and health care providers that you visit as a patient. Orthotics are medical devices, therefore, we need the medical interface of your provider to fabricate additional pairs or to adjust your current ones.
